#alberta #albertafires unpleasant here these days. Terrible for the people who lost their homes and livelihoods. So many animals died and dying. Here at our home the humans, dogs and cats can stay indoors. My horses and all the other animals get to breathe in toxicity 24 hours a day.

Map from rivers.alberta.ca where I selected for water warnings. There are a few flood warnings in the mountains but the rest of the province shows MANY low flow warnings. Given this is May, we should expect worse as summer progresses. Guess we shall see.
Do any small locations include pulling water from a river to fight a fire? Might happen.
