Whenever I've tried using my Airpods' "Spatialize Audio (Head Tracked)" setting, which makes it sound like the audio is coming from you device instead of your earphones, I always have a second where I think that my earphones aren't actually connected and I'm loudly playing my laptop's audio out in the open
I don't really understand the point of the feature :blobfoxmelt3:

Not Egyptian words for "dog", mind you, but the actual personal names of Egyptian dogs! This web page has a link to the journal paper, which is open access.

Can anyone recommend #academicpapers (i.e. peer reviewed and published in decent journals) on #airegurgitation and/or attacks to extract #trainingdata from #generativeai (not necessarily #llms)? I'm particularly interested in how likely they are and how effectively they can be prevented *before* an incident.
#openaccess is appreciated but not required.

🧐 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 (𝗘𝗛𝗥𝘀) 𝘀𝗼 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆?
Technology alone is not enough. If we want digital tools to genuinely enhance clinical decision-making rather than drain cognitive bandwidth, healthcare leadership must shift toward a behavioral and workflow-centric approach.
The core findings break down into three interconnected domains:
1️⃣ 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹: While AI, usability, and data architecture dominate current research, foundational ICT infrastructure and backend stability remain critical, yet surprisingly overlooked, bottlenecks.
2️⃣ 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀: User familiarity, cognitive workload, and behavioral nudges make or break adoption. A feature does not add value unless it seamlessly integrates into clinical reasoning.
3️⃣ 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 & 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄: Implementations fail when tools disrupt real-world clinical tempo. Strategic alignment, access optimization, and deep customization to local workflows are non-negotiable.
⚠️ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: stop viewing EHR implementations purely as IT projects or compliance checklists. Treat them as cognitive systems designed around the clinicians who use them every day.
