Das Journal of Service Management Research (SMR) hat sein Publikationsmodell von Subskription auf Diamond Open Access umgestellt und veröffentlicht mit der aktuellen Ausgabe fortan bei Berlin Universities Publishing.

Im Editorial wird auf die Bedeutung der Diamond-Open-Access-Transformation hingewiesen, die SMR von einem kommerziellen Verlag hin zu einer wissenschaftsgeleiteten Publikationsinfrastruktur geführt hat.
