Apple has released new AirPods firmware for iOS 27. It installs on all AirPods from AirPods 4, AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods Max 2. The current version number is 9A348.
Two important updates: custom EQ (see above) and custom adaptive ANC with a slider that lets you dial in the amount of ANC you want (see below).

Ein nicht groß beworbenes aber tolles Feature unter iOS27 ist die individuelle Anpassung der #AirPods in den groben Bereichen Tiefen, Mitten, Höhen. Klar wünschte man sich eine noch feinere Einflussnahme, aber wenn man z.B. wie ich etwas Probleme im mittleren Bereich hat, ist das ein guter Anfang.

#EInk tablets with Wacom digitizers in multiple sizes. I‘ve been trying these for 20 years, starting with the #Irex #Iliad. The devices I use were all purchased without hesitation and remorse, I use them daily.
#Airpods with ANC, same.
If any of these break, they will be replaced the next day, that‘s the indicator for relevant tech for me. Yet all of these evolved onto me.
