The thing I love most about #ai is the ability to quick dive into topic that are #research backed. Analysing daily behavior and their effects on #burnout help living a life with more awareness to the consequences.

✔️Esa frase de que todos somos buenos cuando nos conviene tiene bastante más verdad de la que nos gusta admitir.
Es muy fácil ir de alma caritativa cuando tienes la barriga llena, nadie te discute nada y ser “buena persona” no te cuesta ni un céntimo.
Ahí todos parecemos santos.El problema viene cuando hay que repartir el pastel y no alcanza para todos, o cuando ser justo implica que tú pierdas algo.
En ese punto, a muchos se les cae la ética por el sumidero y aparece el bicho que llevaban bien disimulado.No es que la mayoría de la gente sea mala: es que la bondad cómoda es barata.
Somos correctos mientras no nos toque el bolsillo, el ego o la posición.
La bondad de verdad empieza cuando duele, cuando podrías mirar hacia otro lado y aun así decides no hacerlo.Todo lo demás es postureo moral para dormir tranquilos.
Menos discursos de “seres de luz” y más asumir que la bondad auténtica no es gratis… y que no todo el mundo está dispuesto a pagarla.
