@IamPic this more or less confirms what I understood about the theory. But how do you decide in practice how to interface? Here the last suspend function definitely does async things, and the top function is a #Micronaut controller can be either suspend or a regular function with a doBlocking block. I'm trying to understand how to think about which way to approach these equivalent implementations.

Don't forget to ask your MFT and IAM and cred vault vendors about PHP versions. I would expect at least some of them run PHP but I haven't dug into them.
