Hundreds of millimeters of rain are still to come, with totals getting as high as 300-500+ mm in central/northern Portugal and parts of Galicia.
To repeat, this is *additional* rainfall… on top of everything that has already fallen over the past several weeks. In addition to a major flood risk, some of these storms will bring strong winds, lightning, and bouts of hail. Cleanup efforts will be affected in areas violently struck by #Kristin.
This winter is no joke. Prepare accordingly.

É fácil dizer para não o fazerem, mas é totalmente compreensível o desespero das pessoas e que uma das suas principais preocupações seja por telhas em falta ou lonas nos buracos dos telhados, principalmente com a continuação e agravamento de chuvas para a semana. É isto ou aceitarem serem desalojados e eu não sei se temos condições para realojar tanta gente. Mas é um balanço igualmente trágico: 2 mortos e mais 400 feridos em arranjos de telhados e habitações

Quer isto dizer que em situações em que o SIRESP é preciso, falha catastroficamente. Foi assim nas últimas vezes que precisámos dele, e sem espantar está a ser assim durante a passagem da #Kristin.
Depois de dezenas de minutos de reportagem no telejornal a mostrar como falha neste momento o SIRESP em diversas situações, falou o secretário de estado, a dizer que não vale a pena dramatizar, que ele esteve no terreno e o SIRESP funcionou muito bem, e que estes casos todos que o jornalista vai enlencando são casos pontuais e sem relevância.
A lata, a falta de vergonha do secretário de estado é gritante. E pior, mostra já qual vai ser a posição e a atitude do governo em relação a este problema que merecia ser resolvido já.
Veremos qual vai ser a desculpa para falhar agora o prazo de Janeiro.
