You know that grubby space above the #Cabinets? Don't! 1m cabinets going all the way to the ceiling is the way to go. The top ones are too high to reach without a step (just like the grubby space), however they are much better than a filthy space between the cabinets and the ceiling

#Drawers with the right fittings are THE way to store plates, bowls, pans, glasses. Not obvious until you try it

#Ceramic #Countertop does not claim to be COMPLETELY idiot-proof but we have found it to be great. Look up the cleaning instructions for #Dekton if you have any doubts. They basically okay every solvent known to mankind except, perhaps, Hydroflouric Acid. Hot pans don't seem to be a problem for us (don't complain if you find a way to wreck it - we have not done, though)
