If you know chemistry, you will like my kitchen counter tops. The FAQ on the company web site has this question and answer (in full) :
Q What products should I avoid using when cleaning my surface?
A Hydrofluoric acid products should be avoided, as they can damage the surface.

#Ceramic #Countertop does not claim to be COMPLETELY idiot-proof but we have found it to be great. Look up the cleaning instructions for #Dekton if you have any doubts. They basically okay every solvent known to mankind except, perhaps, Hydroflouric Acid. Hot pans don't seem to be a problem for us (don't complain if you find a way to wreck it - we have not done, though)
