@thelinuxcast Try #NeevaSearch . It was started by ex-Google employees and is free of ads and respects your privacy. I have been using them for about three years now and their results have always worked for me (especially for techie stuff). Google is on the way out.
Love the content. Keep up the great work!

"Are the Chiefs DEAD?!" Really looking forward to over-reaction monday. I was hoping we would hold them to 20 or under. Before today, the last time they beat us, Obama was President. #thxObama #ChiefsKingdom -

@thelinuxcast iPhone is a really nice piece of hardware but I would want more. To be more specific, the firmware would have to be open source and I would like it to run a mobile-optimized Linux distro.
#JingPad was the closest thing to this dream I have but it's a pity that the team and their project ended up dissolving. 😟

@thelinuxcast Also oof, this #LoopsVideo logo rubs me the wrong way. 💀 They could have at least rotated these two planks symmetrically, instead of skewing one in the center. I realize they must have done something to avoid trademark problems, but my suggestion is sufficient to do just that.

Alright, #openbar is a real treat!
I actually did install it a few months ago but had problem with a rectangular shadow around the bar when applied and uninstalled it because of it.
After your video today I thought "It can't be that easy, perhaps some other extension doesn't play nice with it". And I was right: if #blurmyshell is disabled all is fine and now #Gnome has truly a WM-like look. Love the auto-theming, too!

I mean where there *is* a help screen, but it just isn't searchable.

@thelinuxcast All the best. Hope u start understanding the #declarative way of doing things in #NixOS with #Nix
Here's a tip:
Set users mutable to false. So that u declaratively do #everything in the #config #file instead of #imperative methods. Also give #hashed #passwords if u are #porting between another PCs and want them to #work similarly.
To put it simply, do everything in nix #configurations to change the #state of the #system. -
