You can see the before vs after, we now provide much more stats and insights, including full threaded comments and the admin audit log!
Loops admins can now moderate videos more easily, adding Ad, AI or NSFW labels with one tap.

Noch immer ist klar, dass Euer Format, die perfekte Plattform bietet, um viele bekannte Menschen in Form der #FunFacter und deren #Follower ins #Fediverse zu lotsen und so ohne viel Mühe #BigTech etwas Bedeutung zu klauen und diese #Mastodon & Co zu schenken.
@RaulKrauthausen (Tolle Folge übrigens!) ist leider einer der wenigen Hosts von @funfacts_de der hier ist! Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass er sich mit #Barrierefreiheit beschäftigt? Auch diesbezüglich liegt das Fediverse weit vorn, weil man eben keine Accounts braucht, um den Inhalten zu folgen und wenn man doch einen Account hat, kann man mit allen anderen Diensten (z.B. #Friendica #Peertube #Pixelfed #Loops usw.) interagieren. Auch die #AltTexte genießen höhere Priorität, damit wir möglichst niemanden von unseren Inhalten ausschließen.
Apropos: Wie wäre es mit Untertiteln oder Gebärdendolmetschern für künftige #FunFacts Folgen?!

To be clear, I'm not defending reels as a medium. But unlike the cloud-abusing old man (who is clearly a reputation launderer for the UK right), my problem with them is not short video, but corporate-controlled platforms determining which ones people watch, in what order.
I believe Loops and diVine offer ways of watching short video without handing over agency to a platform.
