Make the dough,let it rise,drink a glass of wine,roll out the dough, spread the filling (ground walnuts,scalded milk,sugar, cinnamon, vanilla),sprinkle with raisins,roll it up,let it rise again, drink a glass of wine,bake and enjoy(with a glass of wine, if there's any left!) -
