And now I've come to the conclusion that arguing against #PHP because it is a "shit" language, having used it once 20 years ago, is just as silly as arguing against nuclear power because of Chernobyl and Fukushima.

Last year, IIRC, the #SkepticsGuideToTheUniverse podcast dumped BetterHelp as a sponsor over precisely this. The publicity is bad now, but they've been doing it for a while.

@lowqualityfacts Cats with a particular thyroid sickness (cancer?) are treated with radioactive iodine. Cats don't live long enough to be affected seriously by the radiation, but their humans (especially children) have to limit their exposure from the radioactive cats until it wears off.

I just learnt this from the awesome #SkepticsGuideToTheUniverse #Podcast.

@chris_levesque I find it hilarious that you can use Bluetooth headphones with it. Go to all that trouble using an analog medium and then send it through digital radio. Also a bit surprised to see that news item after it was a Science or Fiction item on the #SkepticsGuideToTheUniverse #Podcast
