I mean, in my state, they just voted near unanimously in the House to not recognize our marriages, they attacked our trans kids and obliterated their rights, they're about to legislate against the Bostock Act, AND make it illegal to have pride in June and pride flags in public. Biden said he had our backs.... and that was bs. Imo protecting pride flags at national parks while states like mine are allowed to "poof" us out of our rights and existence while the federal laws still exist in this moment, seems more important????? JS......it's weak and one more way dems fail us. All of us. And my state isn't the only one. Take a break from TikTok (now owned by USDS = United States DOGE Service), Instagram, FB, and all of the other sm, and search "local election deadlines", "[your county, your state] voting deadlines", or contact your local party office.
🗓 Mark dates in your calendar. Vote in every single election (not just national ones). It's a right that you have and you are legally excused from work to go do it.
2. 🆘️ Help as many people as you can with registering to vote.

Taking friends with you to vote also qualifies you as a good activist 👍🙌 by encouraging/helping others to go vote.

Young adults, especially those living in states that are oppressed (cough Tennessee 🔗⛓️ cough cough Texas 🔗⛓️ cough) frequently say several things: voting doesn't matter (propaganda), they are too nervous to go vote (oppression), they don't know how to vote (suppression).
You earn bonus activist✌️☮️ points when you take a newbie or young adult!! You earn double activist ☮️🚃points when you take a newbie 18-24 year old to go vote!!
They need you. Do your part.
4. ⚫️🟤♀️🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈♿️ Take a person or people who are afraid to vote, because the person or people are minorities and are being actively being suppressed, with you to vote.
The buddy system 🤝 is a good system to use. Throughout all time, we have relied on the buddy system. If something is going wrong for the minority who is trying to vote, stand BESIDE that person. Be visible as that person's unwavering 🆒️🥒 support.
It is important that, as a visible support person, you don't attempt to take over the situation. Minority/minorities need opportunities to use their voices 🎤 (empowerment). If asked for your help, then speak up. Make good trouble but not at the expense of the minority/minorities. Remember, you have the privilege of living without fear 🙀 (unless you're also a minority). They don't.
Doing all of the above earns you street cred as Punk Activist level 1. 👨🎤 🎸⚡️✊️ 🧷
