Cleaned up this #famicom shell with some meglio/dasty (thanks @PointerFunction@x!) while tyding up the composite mod (thanks @ctrl_alt_rees@x!) from a while ago. It will soon shine at a ramen restaurant hooked up to a crt running #xevious for customers to play.

Last night I was playing #Xevious1200, a beautiful reverse-engineered #Amiga #remake of #Xevious (and #SuperXevious), but it so hard!
Was it really this difficult on the old arcade, or is the PS5 controller doing me in? Or is my memory perhaps very selective when it comes to the number of coins found in unprotected parental pockets during the 80s?

In 2013 I constructed a mini #MAME cabinet based on the #xevious cabinet. It has a display for the marquee and a modified version of the MAME emulator that will display the appropriate game on the marquee.

I always felt the #xevious #videogame had the best artwork in its day, both in game graphics and the cabinet artwork were really well done. It was the first video game I can remember that did not rely on a black background for it's play-field. It also had secrets and large sprite which was unusual for its era.

The #Namco #arcade machine #xevious was one of my favorite #VideoGames back in the day. There was one in the university dorm which I played a lot. My high score was 598,520. Later, when living in Wichita Kansas after the Andover tornado event in 1991 the officers club at the McConnell Air Force Base was destroyed and almost took out the B-1 bombers on the tarmac loaded with nuclear weapons but a Xevious arcade machine from the club survived that I purchased and still own.

Xe nằm ngoài trời nhiều năm, ngoại thất bong tróc, lốp xịt, nhiều chi tiết xuống cấp nghiêm trọng. Được biết, RX-8 là mẫu xe thể thao với động cơ rotor, từng được giới chơi xe Việt săn đón. Giờ đây, hình ảnh một biểu tượng một thời bị lãng quên khiến nhiều người tiếc nuối.

If the Fractured King allowed himself to be seen nude, you'd see a body riddled with many millennia's worth of scars. The places where his ritualistically severed and cursed limbs would be most visible; other scars have faded with time. However, his face is absolutely smooth and handsome. He's always dressed to impress around those who serve underneath him when pretending to be their leader.
The Trio who wishes to not fade...Henoval has nearly flawless skin, save for a few noticeable scars on their fingertips. The Puppeteer of Mechanics, she has scars long all her joints and other articulation points. As if she were a puppet herself, instead of a master. Xechiaruvan, he's devoid of scars.
Serena Ligh, for a fae of her stature, has but a light scar above her heart; tucked artistically between her cleavage. How someone ever scarred such a powerful diplomat and combatant remains a mystery. The individual who accomplished the feat is certainly not amongst the living, as it would be an affront to suffer the knowledge that this being lived.
