"I do not know how congestion pricing is working citywide but from my apartment overlooking the West Side Highway / Henry Hudson Parkway at 104th Street, the fact that the southbound cars at 7am are moving is simply amazing. Normally at this time I would expect no movement. Congestion pricing so far is amazing.

Changed #Powerwall to #MegaPack. They are essentially the same except for intended use. The Powerwall is for residential use and the MegaPack is utility scale and has 200x the storage.

#MorningsidePark in NYC has some handrail construction with the usual signage, but someone took it upon themselves to annotate what they'd like to see.

Because #NYPD does not count people as injured unless they go to the hospital then NYPD is undercounting injuries in its #CompStat reports.
In the attached photo of the traffic report for the 24th precinct for the period which included my collision, I may show up as a traditional bicycle collision but I certainly do not show up in the Injury collisions number. https://www.nyc.gov/assets/nypd/downloads/excel/traffic_data/traffic-statistics/ts-en-us-024.xlsx
I need to find out how other police departments process similar collisions.
