An article from AP News about batteries. Knew it was a big deal in CA and TX. Know #ConEd is building some in substations. Using #Tesla #MegaPack and not #LiFEPO4. ConEd is supposed to be replacing polluting #peaker plants with batteries. Overall, very encouraging. Have to check the article for mentions of #Flow batteries. Long past time for #DDC to wake the fuck up.

Today I disobeyed the #Peaker mantra and went to my #PT session without having eaten breakfast. It wasn't pretty, but managed to struggle through the session! 🤦♀️
On the plus side, I'm getting stronger in my shoulder as I recover from #hydrodialatation a month ago for #FrozenShoulder!
My penalty is having to sit in the cafe eating a protein bar and drinking a ridiculously sugary coffee before I'm capable of walking to my car without keeling over ... Don't make the same mistake as me! 🤦♀️😅🤢
