    Then I dedicated myself to the sport that more than any other helps me to release stress and relax: swimming 🏊‍♂️

    I started swimming again only a couple of months ago after a long period of inactivity, but I'm satisfied with tonight's swim ✅

    I thank @ryancheley and @foosel who share their passions and their progress, they inspired me to share them too 🙏

    🏊🏻 Today, I swam 3.000 meters 📏 in 68 minutes ⏱️
