I made a few Italian style seitan "meatballs", from Sam Turnbull's (IG @itdoesnttastelikechicken) recipe. There are five in the bowl with tomato sauce, nooch and basil, resting on spaghetti. Nächste Woche will ich mal wieder meine sensationelle, von #Graciella inspirierte, #Lasagne machen. Natürlich bei mir ohne Fleisch. Dafür habe ich heute schon mal das #Ragu gemacht:#Karotten #Champignons #Shiitake Zwiebeln #Knoblauch #Tomaten ganz fein hacken. Mit #Olivenöl viel #Miso #Rosenharissa #Tomatenmark #Sojasauce #Kreuzkümmel mischen. Im Ofen backen, dann #Gemüsebrühe #Rotwein #Kokosmilch #Linsen und #Perlgraupen zugeben und weiter zugedeckt backen.
