Fun fact: pneuma (πνεῦμα) in Ancient Greek means wind, breath or spirit. The album's title track includes the lyric exhale, so it could be any combination of those meanings. (I waited a long time to bring heavy music and Greek together, and of course TOOL provided the connection. 🤓)
