With my seventh #interrail pass I finally dared to travel the endboss: #spain 😅
When making reservations with #raileurope they only gave me second class from Paris in direction Barcelona without letting me decide and didn’t react on my questions 👎
In #Portbou I noticed that the time tables of the #RailPlanner app / #DB and #renfe were not the same 🤯 So there are rails (👍) but planning seems hard 👎 cc: @jon
Thus I unfolded my #brompton and had some extra time a la playa 👍

#Interrail day 6/7b: to #Aberdeen I chose reservation-free trains. The #RailPlanner app signed the following #LNER connection as not reservation-free, but when I wanted to make the reservation at #RailEurope they said it’s free (and thus wouldn’t sell). LNER‘s chatbot also stated that a reservation is not mandatory so I just entered the #train and found the best places you can get 😊

Another new behavior: the #RailPlanner app locks your connections a day after you used them, meaning you can’t neither alter nor delete them. Weirdly it also locks connections you didn’t use, so your statistics suffer…

Ok, @sebwilken’s #zugpost 48 changed my mind. Maybe the last opportunity to experience the #Knödelexpress. The last one will leave #Berlin at 17:16, so I can’t take the #Paris-Berlin-#ICE, which would arrive too late. And instead of Gdansk I have to go to #Prague, but why not. It’s #interrail. Easy 😍
