🌟New article🌟: "Neutralising the propaganda machine: proposals for cyber-propaganda de-escalation" was published in the Journal of Cyber Policy!

In this article, I propose a re-framing of cyber-propaganda as a shared global challenge.

I develop a taxonomy that distinguishes between infrastructural and operational components of disarmament and de-escalation processes that can help us tackle it!

We need confidence-building measures that expand on existing precedents!
