Christmas tree recycling by electric cargo bike
Hot: Finding an extra tree on the side of the road and having room to strap it to the bike.
Not: Taking the scenic route home because the weather is "nice" and then having the battery die with 120 lbs (54 kg) of cargo bike + trailer to pedal home.

Tonight I looked up options to attach a Burley Piccolo trailerbike to a Surly #BigDummy #CargoBike and couldn't find anything better than the guide I published on my blog, so I cleaned it up and republished it. My DIY solution lasted 10 years until the kids outgrew it.
