Flamenco now (well, next release) comes with a global farm status indicator. And yes, it's also broadcast to MQTT and available via the OpenAPI interface.

Just landed in Flamenco: the ability to mass-delete jobs. It's only possible via an API call now, and not yet integrated in the web interface. The API explorer (link in the top right corner of the web interface) is your friend.
Will be part of the next Flamenco release.
