About 5% of the time a title just pops into my head out of nowhere and sticks. The rest of the time, my titles are 2-5 words long snippets from songs that share a vibe with something about the story.

Unpopular but factual take:

Sensitivity readers should always be used when you're writing about a group you don't belong to. If nothing else to weed out:

Unconscious bias
Stereotypes
Offensive slurs
Tropes
Factual inaccuracies
Racism/Sexism/homophobia/transphobia etc.

You're not being censored or cancelled, you're not being told you can only write characters who look like you. It's about creating richer, nuanced characters.
