  1. Sometimes when I feel a lot of things I will sit down and write short stories/snippets of alternate worlds where I can try and makes sense of the one I'm currently occupying. Trying to work out what a character is feeling and how they might wrestle with problems (which my or may not mirror issues I'm going through) helps a lot to process things back in real world. I struggle to name and handle my emotions, but through a 3rd party, they can become more easily accessible.
