me and a buddy came up with a fake anime/manga about a salaryman who wants a girlfriend, but every woman he tries to date ends up wanting to be friends instead-- so he ends up with all of these cool new buddies but he still wishes that he could get a girlfriend
meanwhile his friend is the ultimate wingman and secretly "disposes of" anyone who's interested in salaryman's current crush
it's a comedy full of romance tropes :)
