Over a decade ago, I had the opportunity to hear - and see - New Order. I photographed Bernard Sumner, the lead singer, shown here playing a set from his former band, Joy Division. Public goods, like health care and education. Everyone should have to contribute to the public system. If you choose to step outside the public system, feel free to do so, but it should not mean that you stop paying for the public system, in fact you should pay more toward the public system, for every dollar you spend in the private system, half should go to the public system you CHOSE to abandon, on top of the basic rate you pay as a member of society
