Worked at the charity/ thrift shop with my mum today. Found a bunch of cool stuff.

I normally go though bags of donations and sort them out put them on the shop floor etc and some clothes come to us pretty stained and ripped.

I want to save things from landfill so I've saved some stained stuff and and working at getting the stains out.

I found a cardigan with a hole in and just mended it in 2 minutes.

This time I'm using the sewing machine to reinforce the area in front of the pockets with a patch. I'm normally an advocate of hand stitching your mends but but I wanted to try something different
