#Vejle harbour was particularly beautiful tonight.
I new the low light after sunset would be a challenge for photography, but I photographed these in the raw format on a mirrorless full frame camera to preserve the shadows.

Sunday in Vejle. Moto Moto is doing zoomies around Eevee, who is pretending he doesn’t exist with the quiet dignity of a senior dog who has simply seen too much. Peach and Bugatti are fighting over a toy that neither of them actually wanted until the other one had it. Chili is judging everyone from the sofa.
This is my threat landscape on weekends. Honestly prefer it to the one at work.

We're in a museum* and there's two smelly holes. One is something like mint, the other jasmine.
While I identify the smells instantly I cannot for the love of it identify any color, or either as "cold" or "warm". @juliette does.
Just curious for others who've tried this: do you link smells to temperature and/or colors?

Went for a hike on Wrinkle Hill in the eastern part of The Vejle River Valley today. The light was optimal for photography, and the sky had some pretty clouds too.
This place is only a 30 minute drive from the city, and it is completely quiet — no cars, no noise, just the sound of grasshoppers, cows and birds singing.
A good place to rest the mind.

Went for a hike on Wrinkle Hill in the eastern part of The Vejle River Valley today. The light was optimal for photography, and the sky had some pretty clouds too.

My #SilentSunday was a hike in northern #Vejle. It had just rained and the light was wonderful for photography. I came by a field full of belted Galloway cattle, but one of the cows was all white and very interested in the tall man walking by.
The forestry workers are in full swing this time of year, and while it does make my heart ache to see all those trees coming down, it is good to know, that it is a tiny area in some very large forrests, and new trees are planted soon.

An illustrated example: when infrastructure cohesion is not considered a top-down priority.
This is the border between the communities of #Billund and #Vejle. They agreed to connect with cycling infrastructure so the dangerous road could be skipped.
Billund constructed tarmac. Vejle a now submerged gravel trail.
Unfortunately on maps both are labeled the same. Which leads f.e. to families on cycling holidays (to Legoland..) ending up on the busy road.
