Looks like the AUR of Arch Linux has drawn another round of fire.
This time it appears to be a malware integrated into the build() step that comes with the PKGBUILD repo. Possibly Tor using.

If the build() step calls some binary like validator, assembler, optimizer, ... that comes with the AUR repo with sudo and suddenly and unexplained appears in the PKGBUILD be very suspicious.

Well, we had the original gravel, then topped it off about ten years later with gravel, then a few applications of stone dust with grading.

Now we have millings. I guess I could have paid for real asphalt by now, but this was over nearly 40 years. It's a long driveway and big parking area, but it was around 6400 dollars.

Since I bought this Dell 5414 rugged laptop, I'm starting to get ideas. First idea I'm having is wondering if there could be a way to upgrading the power port. Currently it has a barrel plug type power adapter, and I would love if it used USB-C to charge the battery. This would make its support much easier since I have UGreen brick that can deliver 100W and the power pack the comes with the laptop only provides 90W.

Somehow I had missed the little(!) detail that #Python 3.11 is no longer supported with the release of #Django 6.x.

Now, I(happily) get to run around playing janitor cleaning up deprecated references in my docs & tests. With some extra time on my hands, I do actually enjoy these little bits of busy work.

Once I get through some pre-flight compatibility check lists, I may try out @adamchainz 's django-upgrade app https://django-upgrade.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ to see if it is useful(or confusing) for my little rinky-dink projects.
