The first story about wildfire smoke I've read today and wearing an N95 mask is only mentioned in passing in paragraph 20. This is the new normal, and I will have to have masks on hand every day of "wildfire season" from now on due to wonky lungs. On Thursday the air here was thick and I wore a mask all day. I kept getting the eerie feeling I was in a scene from Blade Runner.
