Just watched this review of the Brink prototype and it seems to confirm my concerns. Although apparently they claim to have fixed a lot of those since the prototype. In any case...
Should I pull the trigger on this? Because for the same money I could also get one of two other highly rated scifi-themed games that I've had my eye on for a long while:
