  15. The ISO/TC20/SC14 "Space Systems and Oprations" in Tsukuba/Japan is now finished. In the working group "orbital debris mitigation" we decided - among other things - to revise ISO 24113, our main space debris mitigation standard. We need stricter requirements to ensure sustainable use of space.

  16. Today, I had the pleasure to attend a special tour over the #Tsukuba Space Center. There, we visited the Astronaut Training Center 👨‍🚀 as well as the Mission Control Center for the Japanese ISS module Kibo 🛰️.

  17. Back at my old #GT7 BS, building smol pretend race cars. This week it's been the surprisingly chuckable #Daihatsu #Copen which is great around #Tsukuba and other technical courses, but it's no powerhouse.

    Started laying down a livery for it as well, using a proper SVG editor (#Inkscape) so I can start getting to grips with that for a bit.
