Hi there. I know I've been away for a while. Life has been getting in the way of creating but I'm slowly getting back to it. Due to the move my studio isn't set up yet, so I decided to try something a little different - foam clay. Not sure what I think of it yet, but thought I'd give you an update anyway. 😊

Astonishingly I spent over an hour with this. The sponge didn't work too well, my paint was a shade too dark still so I mixed a lighter one (sand/ivory) and hand-painted some scratches and dents around the tank.
Then I redid what insides I could with the remaining time, using red-tinted German Grey. For a first try I'm somewhat pleased, even if I'm no Uncle Night Shift by any measure 😋 What I can say is that it's lots of fun! 👍🏻
