Before I used the three decals and some Sepia wash on panels etc, I glossed the whole setup. All the wooden bits, the four Packkiste and the engineering tool handles got a thin brown wash (Abteilung Brown Wash / Burnt Umber). That always improves my shitty wood attempts 😄
Now I was taking photos of other, completed projects, and for the fun of it took a comparison shot between the light one and a later monster, over 30 tons of mass difference in real world 😅
