#Truckers are required to carry chains on I-70 through the Rockies from September 1 through May 31 each year. I’ve chained up along that stretch of road many, many times. Audio books: I’m listening to “Middlemarch” after my wife recommended it to me; it’s her all-time favorite book. Not my normal genre by any means, but wow(!) what amazing, insightful writing. Written between 1869-1871 by Mary Anne Evans, who wrote as George Eliot. Fantastic, thick writing. Some truly masterful, subtle and sublime observations of the human condition and the world we live in. More to say about that later most likely. #TruckerHam #AudioBooks
