Legs tired from this week training, but otherwise I feel like I could go for another loop, given a fresh pair of legs.

I completely fail the "training load : 50/ day Max evenly distributed throughout the week though (this weekend's total load is 320 🙈)"

So tomorrow will be an easy gym workout (also end of vacations)

Got a pair of discounted (pbly because of the color) pair of Altra Trimp 5.

A bit stiff for my liking, and not as much toe room as my Altra road shoes. Let's see where this lead me.

From next week I start a Decathlon (the store) training plan mixed with lot's of z2 indoor biking/rowing

Managed a below 150bpm run yesterday evening,

didnot felt like socializing by joining #lyon #running club, went my own way.

First part was beautiful, last part was part road/part wide boring forestry track. Was getting tired so I cut it short.

Negative temp all along, with just the right amount of layer to stand cold. Not cold enough for an icebeard though.

Easy 12k of #tractorMode to sweat off last night alcohol poisoning.

Weather is insane, I met people wearing weather coat, gloves and hat, and saw kids jumping in the Saône from a bridge.
