@alex02 love my T480. I've got 64gb ram in mine. The other slot is 2242 nvme size, so you can get a 2230 size with an adapter or buy a more expensive 2242. IIRC, it's a B-key, but I'd have to look it up as it's been a while.
If you have a cellular card in that second internal slot, the SIM card goes in behind the rear battery.

Anybody gotten a glass X1e trackpad for a #thinkpad t480?
If so, would you say it's worth it? I don't plan on replacing this anytime soon, so I may as well start making some QoL improvements... -
My laptop is kinda falling apart and I am considering buying a refurbished #thinkpadt480 :thinkpad: 🤔 It's way cheaper than buying a new one and if I slap #linux on that bad boy (I'd do that anyways) it might just be awesome...
