General Motors provided seven of each muscle car for filming, only two were returned in pristine condition with others heavily modified for filming. The climatic chase in a 24-acre cornfield outside Albuquerque was made particularly tricky due to a snowstorm prior to filming. The production had not planned for muddy and hard to drive on ground adding to the complications.

#TheLastStand (2013) : 2013 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1
C6 ZR-1’s supercharged 6.2-liter V8 is good for 638 hp and a top speed of 205 mph. In the film the cyber grey 'modified' car is said to have 1000 hp and a capable of 250 mph, somewhat stretching the realms of believability.
According to some reports, seven brand new ZR-1s were used for the shooting of the film, and only two were returned to Chevrolet in working order.
