This was one of my favorite books as a teen; I got a new copy to re-read as I couldnt find my old one. I actually picked it up now because thanks to some things going on in my life I wanted something much-loved that featured someone happy with solitude. It’s a little different than I remembered it. Overall more…complicated. I’m not sure I got what I wanted? But I’m glad I read it.
