"I found a camera on a phone and I learned to shoot.
I found a federated platform and learned to toot.
Now I can shoot and toot, ain't I cute?"

@ColesStreetPothole. In honor of #GlynisJohns, I highly recommend #TheCourtJester (if you're up for something very funny).
#GlynisJohns died today. To honor her, I will watch #TheCourtJester for the millionth time.

I was watching "The Court Jester" yesterday. A good movie, set in medieval England, but to say it cares for historical accuracy would be a _grave_ error. Rather it takes everything fun and throw it in a gigantic hodgepodge. Despite this it manages to be more accurate - colour and costume* wise - than the brown soup most movies serve today when they're set in the Middle Ages. Slightly depressing.
(*randomly in the latter case)

Hm. 'The Court Jester' with Danny Kaye is close to impossible to find online. Anyone who knows a place where I can get the entire movie? Snippets are uploaded to YouTube, and the Evil Empire (Amazon) used to sell dvds, but today's quick search didn't give me any streaming links.
As long as it isn't in the vessel with the pestle...

The pellet with the poison's in the vessel with the pestle; the chalice from the palace has the brew that is true! #TheCourtJester
