I'm confused..

My Hisense fridge, the specs say it uses 172kWh per year and has an Energy Star Rating of 2.5, yet the fridge I've just bought to replace it says it has an Energy Star Rating of 5.0 and uses 268kWh per year..

If it uses MORE power surely the rating should be 'less'?...

When you zoom in on the map, more results are displayed with their respective rating.

Bing is testing black rating stars for organic and paid results as well as for Bing Places. They are normally yellow or red, so this new test will make them much less prominent.

Accordingly, this is likely to have a negative impact on their click-through rates (CTR).
