March's cocktail pie - Saturn Simnel Tart
I love simnel cake, mostly for the marzipan - so I knew I wanted an almondy cocktail for a simnel-inspired pie. The orgeat and falernum of a Saturn fit the bill.
Sweet shortcrust; passion fruit and lime curd; candied lemon, lime and ginger; falernum-flavoured frangipane; gin marzipan.
