I'm just going to say it. I wish all my servers had IPMI. It's just SO NICE to be able to restart and maintain a server remotely - and even throw it an ISO to boot from in an emergency!

I have a suspicion my 10GbE switch is not going to last as long as my two Xserves….
I keep having to reboot it, and this is the second unit that has done this.

Nowhere NEAR finished, but I’m taking tomorrow off from this task to spend the day riding with a friend
So… Progress on the new rack! It replaces the old one we had, which was 15U and not large enough.
(And yes, I need to buy some new patch cables that are the right length…).
To do: put the remaining @show servers in place, and our sides and doors on! (Maybe)
