Got an SDR server running on the pi, didn't realise it was as simple as using the preinstalled rtl_tcp which came with the rtl_sdr utility. Connected using SDR# because I have been having troubles getting gqrx running (my preferred client), and it seems to work...but it's very intermittent.

Able to listen to the ATC and ADS-B is working.

Growing up in the late 80s in the final approach path, I would watch planes go by, and refer to the flight arrivals timetable on the newspaper. Now, I'm listening to the pilots talking to the ATC. So cool and so happy!
