I've just received aircraft all the way into France and Germany from high up north in the Netherlands.

This setup shows the reception of #adsb in #sdrangel receiving about 140 frames per second using an #sdrplay rsp v1.

I am about to set on holiday and might write a short blog post on the antenna stack.

I got my kid one of these a few years ago before the pandemic ...she since then graduated to a Lenovo laptop.
It's an HP Stream 11 notebook with 2gb memory and 32 gb storage.
Rather than trashing it ,I repurposed it to run my SDRPlay RSP1A sdr radio.It has just enough memory to run it as a stand alone controller. So now I can use the SDRPlay software and scan the air band and the military air band as well as the usual culprits on 2m . It won't scan in Linux 😕

Having a play around with the new multi-platform application from #sdrplay which was released today. #sdrconnect will work with the #rspduo and dx #sdr radios. It will run on #Windows10 #64bit and upwards as well as #linuxx64 #linuxarm64 #macosx64 and #macosarm64 It's designed to compliment the existing #sdruno application and it's expected that the SDRUno plugins will become available for the new application in due course. #amateurradio #hamradio
