Had so much happiness in my system that I went for a run and tried to start a #runstreak but it wouldn't work the first part. Coming home I saw only the last part registered. Felt silly and had to keep walking

Hade så mycket glädje och överskottsenergi i kroppen att jag tänkte att jag skulle prova en sån runstreak men den funkade tydligen inte från början. Så när jag kom hem och såg att bara sista biten var med kände jag mig så knäpp att jag fick fortsätta gå

Och det är tack vare gamla twitter och en tjej där som började. Mkt roliga saker i mitt liv som skett tack vare Twitter. Tror det kan bli samma sak här. Hoppas det. ❤️

#runstreak 2 after calf rehab.
I hate being back to square 1. I hate that my overall #fitness level is not like it used to be. I hate that I gained some weight.
I feel like crap, but I am thankful that I get the opportunity to build my strength and endurance again.
I am happy that my calf didn't bother me.
I love that I can teach my kids how to bounce back. I want to live healthy by their side for as long as possible.#running #runningmotivation #parkrun #workoutoftheday #fitodon #mastodonfit

Still keeping on keeping on..a mile on the treadmill before Cyclone spin class.
Mile a day is still going ok, this week I'm planning a longer run on the trails.
My FTP went up a lot (131 -> 179!) after Monday's class where we had a test in the middle so it's hard going!
Really enjoying it though, I can work my body really hard without trashing it for the rest of the week, while protecting my wonky shoulder and my wonky foot.

Gisteren de run streak voortgezet, ik had alleen geen foto. Op dag 6 liep ik een training met mijn loopgroep, laatste tempo was iets teveel dus heb ik rustig uitgelopen. #runstreak
