A #Parkrun first for me … doing an inaugural event at Greendale Farm Shop Parkrun.
Brutal course with the slippiest mud I’ve ever experienced and a long hill near the end. But fab surrounds (including mini zoo) and farm shop and cafe. I’ll be back…just maybe in the summer 😉 #ParkrunUK #RunningIsFunning

Today’s #Leeds10k was tough and a brutal lesson that I can no longer whip a sub-hour 10k out my back pocket.

Totalled 15 miles and starting to feel the culmination in my legs.

Back to Longrun Meadow #Parkrun for the first time since 10th June! Pleased to have got myself up and out and round. Great to be with 408 other people trotting / sprinting / walking round 5K.
