Two cars left site this morning for some #parkrunTourism One turned right and headed South for a small, off-road #parkrun by the beach at Sizewell. I turned left and headed North straight into Norwich for a fast, flat and busy urban event (3 and a bit laps on hardcore). So congested to start that I was able to take my top off without stopping, was then able to pick up the pace to finish 2nd lady in 20:16. Fastest time this year (and it felt it, afterwards) #running #RunnersOfMastodon

A weekend visiting friends in West Sussex meant a spot of #ParkrunTourism Kingdom #Parkrun.
